Our staff and contracted individuals allow us to
meet challenges of property management on a
day-to-day basis. Our hands-on approach to
property management is unique in that because we
are based in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, we are
only a few minutes from any of the condominium
sites that we presently manage. Telephone calls
to our office are on a daily basis from owners
and/or tenants of the condo units. Solutions to
problems and requests are immediate in most
cases.
We realize that each property is unique in its
need not only to the property but to the
residents as well. We challenge our own
capabilities and standards, improving our
services. We have managed some difficult and
diverse properties as evidenced by our attached
resume.
North Dartmouth Properties, Inc. maintains a
twenty-four (24) hour answering service to
respond to emergency situations. The delivery of
maintenance and management services is out
strength as well as our attention to detail.
All of our employees are knowledgeable with the
Fair Housing Regulations, State code regulations
as well as Town regulations.
